$50M/yr in revenue yet invisible online. Word of mouth only gets you so far. I stepped in and built systems, teamed with sales to design marketing collateral, and created video onboarding programs.

Challenge

EEC was making $50M/year but had zero digital marketing presence. No marketing department, no content strategy, no brand voice, no social media system. A 35+ year company with incredible work, but nobody online knew about it.

Solution

EEC had no internal communication between 140+ electricians and 30+ office personnel. I came in with my 30/60/90 and went to work on 2 seperate anchor-asset campaigns (an anchor-asset campaign is creating one long-form piece of content and delivering it in valuable slices across multiple social channels with unique framing for each platform.) I custom-built a multi-page, employee-centric newsletter using Canva, Capcut, MailChimp, Zapier and Google drive. I had produced this monthly, 2 years consistently for Energy Electrical Contractors, and was one of two anchor pieces I repurposed into recruiting ads, sales clips, and vertical social content. This newsletter and subsequent external asset marketing immediately skyrocketing our online credibility to match that of our strong word-of-mouth networking, directly influencing industry decision-makers, indirectly opening new revenue pipelines, and positioning EEC's brand where it deserves to be. The second piece of anchor content I built was three separate leadership-led video playlists demonstrating company fundamentals using recorded footage from in-office warehouse and footage captured from traveling to jobsites while directing camera-shy employee video contributions. My project videos are performed to cinematic standards, combining jobsite production with full-scale equipment. I rebuilt their HR-Marketing onboarding workflows using Zapier automations with SmartSheets. I redesigned their website and migrated it from static HTML to Wordpress for a company takeover of in-house updates (saved $12k/year in web dev cost), automated RFB document templates (saved $5k/year in ProjectMark Saas), and implemented a full digital brand culture system in-office, across internal communications, and throughout social feeds (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Strategy & Execution

  • Built and led a 26 Fundamentals program with weekly CEO-voiced content, onboarding systems, and internal culture tools.
  • Produced cinematic jobsite and brand content with drones, gimbals, teleprompters, and multi-angle setups, cutting production time 50% with AI workflows.
  • Engineered a people-first content engine: headshots, team features, employee spotlights.
  • Designed and launched a cross-department quarterly newsletter bridging operations, culture, and recruitment.
  • Built a physical brand visibility system covering box trucks, billboards, stadium signage, and trade show banners.
  • Deployed targeted email and SMS campaigns for recruitment, events, and announcements.
