Content Strategy & Systems

Repeatable pipelines including shot lists, editing templates, content calendars, and fast-turnaround workflows that scale across departments.

Why it matters

Shot lists, editing templates, and content calendars that build fast-turnaround workflows scaling across every department.

How I deliver it

  • Content calendar architecture
  • Production workflow design
  • Template and asset libraries
  • Cross-department coordination

How I think about it

Most marketing departments are a pile of one-off tasks held together by whoever's loudest that week. I come in and turn it into a system. Calendars, shot lists, naming conventions, approval lanes, and a single source of truth that anyone in the company can open and understand in thirty seconds.

I start by mapping every input — sales, recruiting, ops, culture, leadership — and figuring out what content each one actually needs to win their week. Then I design the pipeline backwards from there: what gets shot, what gets written, who reviews, where it lives, when it ships.

I build templates for everything that repeats. Thumbnails, captions, recruiting posts, newsletter sections, jobsite recaps. The first time we make it, it takes an afternoon. The hundredth time, it takes ten minutes and still looks like the brand.

The result is a marketing function that doesn't depend on me being in the room. New hires can plug in on day one, leadership stops chasing status updates, and the company starts shipping consistent work whether I'm on a shoot, on a call, or on vacation.

Trauma Healing Club

Trauma Healing Club started as a thought at 2am and a single hoodie. I built the rest. The message, the name, the voice, the gold leaf, the apparel line, the store, the healing-method library, and the community around it. Conceived in Summer 2023. Launched by winter same year.
